Townhouses and villas are offered on a 40/60 plan — 40% during construction, 60% on handover. Lunaya Terraces apartments are offered on a 25/75 plan — 25% during construction, 75% on handover — one of the most accessible plans currently available in Dubai.

Off-plan payments in Dubai are legally required to be held in a RERA-regulated escrow account and released to the developer only against verified construction progress.

Yes. Jebel Ali is a designated freehold area, so international buyers can own property here with full title, on the same basis as UAE nationals.

Property investments of AED 2 million or more can qualify for the UAE's 10-year Golden Visa, subject to current immigration criteria — Lunaya's apartments, townhouses and villas all meet this threshold.
